That being said, I am a firm believer that processed food and refined sugar are not good for anyone.
The most important components of nutrition coaching are planning, accountability, and awareness of what fuel is being put in the body.
Full disclosure: I’m a moderator for the Whole30 forum and personally follow a ketogenic eating plan but do not force my personal choices on those I coach. Nutrition coaching is all about finding what works for you and doesn’t make you feel like you’re in food prison. There is also a component of feeling good about yourself and self-forgiveness and course correction if you do have a slip-up.
Because of the intense nature of a nutrition kick start, I only take 3 coaching clients at a time.
