Around the World + Waiter’s Press

I’m usually not a fan of “new” exercises but I love this one and I love adding in waiter’s presses with it. The around the world is a fun exercise that can switch up your training without “random acts of variety.” When you perform this exercise you should REALLY feel it in your abs. If you aren’t, make sure you are going heavy enough and that you are locking your knees and squeezing your abs almost in a standing plank.
